Υλικά για 4 άτομα:
2 λουκάνικα χωριάτικα
5 φέτες ζαμπόν
1 σκελίδα σκόρδο
150 γρ.μανιταρια
2 κ.τ.σ ελαιόλαδο
αλάτι και πιπέρι
Εκτέλεση:
Σε μια κατσαρόλα βάζουμε το λάδι και σοτάρουμε το λουκάνικο χωριάτικο, τα μανιτάρια, το ζαμπόν, το σκόρδο και τα σβήνουμε με λευκό κρασί! Στην συνέχεια προσθέτουμε το γάλα και την κρέμα γάλακτος! Μόλις ομογενοποιηθούν, την αφαιρούμε από την φωτιά και σερβίρουμε! Εύκολο και γρήγορο! Ανάλογα με τα μάτια κάθε κουζίνας δεν θα σας πάρει παραπάνω από 15 λεπτά! Καλή επιτυχία!
